"Valerie was beyond any expectation my wife and myself had regarding a realtor. She helped us build the home as we were in Alaska, and met with construction crews on our behalf. I mean who does that level of service? Valerie!Then she helped sell it in our absence three years later and staged it, took care of a few items we needed done, photographed with a professional, not with her cell phone camera, and kept us informed the entire way. I would recommend Valerie Dildine without hesitation to anyone who wants the job done right, as she clearly understands values and customers in her areaIf I was starting a realty company tomorrow, I would not offer her a job, I would however ask her to be a partner instead. "Regardless of whether you are a buyer or seller, you will never regret choosing Valerie to represent you. She is warm and cheerfully genuine. She helped us buy our brand new home. She is very knowledgable, which made it very easy to trust her throughout this process. Valerie stays abreast of all aspects and keeps all lines of communication open to assure all schedules and commitments are met. Making this process seem effortless and even fun. She is a great client advocate, if we ever had a concern she was quick and happy to address it with the other owner/agents and find a resolution. I highly recommend Valerie as an agent and know if we ever sell our new home, which we LOVE, she will be who we choose to represent us."

"Valerie acted fast to get us into a house. We looked at the home and then she advised us to make an offer right then. The Realtor on the other side of the transaction told her that we were lucky we made the offer when we did. She had received calls of 3 more offers coming in the next day. We were able to get the home we wanted at a fair price and we love it!!!"
